 Thank you for choosing Nika's Nails to serve all of your nail care needs! Before confirming your appointment, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies as listed below.
 


APPOINTMENTS
There is a $75 service minimum to make an appointment for services. It is recommended that appointments be made at least 48 hours in advance so that scheduling requests can be accommodated. Appointments are not final until you receive confirmation. If you are late, it may be necessary to reschedule. 

RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS 
Have to cancel or reschedule? No problem! Please notify us prior to the appointment time.


CONSULTATION
For your safety and the safety of the manicurist, it is required that full disclosure is given at the time of booking your appointment ‚Äčregarding any medical issues & /or conditions you or your guests may have. Please be prepared to inform your technician of any important health concerns such as allergies, chronic conditions, infections, etc.


RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We do not work on ingrown toe nails other than standard clipping, filing, & other non invasive procedures. We do not treat nail disease or disorders, & kindly suggest that you visit a dermatologist if you are suffering from either. If you have a pre-existing infection, you must sign a waiver of responsibility, saying that the infection was present before your service.

 

The manicurist will not tolerate what is determined to be inappropriate behavior. This could be but is not limited to indecent exposure, sexual harassment, flirting, violence and/or verbal abuse.


WAIVER OF LIABILITY
All services are for appearance enhancement, while preserving the health of your nails. They are completely optional and have been requested by the individual, agent of an individual or host on behalf of his/her guests. Every effort is made to ensure that clients are not subjected to any infections. The Client releases Nika's Nails of any and all liability as a direct or indirect result of services rendered.

PERSONAL ITEMS
We accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property, or for other matters which we have no control.

PAYMENT
It is recommended, but not required that you pay before polish. Cash, Chase Quick Pay, & Google Wallet are preferred, although credit & debit are also accepted. Chase Quick Pay, Google Wallet, or gift certificate. We also sell gift certificates, that never expire! Tax not included until checkout.

GRATUITIES
Tips are accepted, not expected. If you would like to give a tip, but are not sure how much, 15%-20% of your total service ticket is standard.
