RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS/ DELAYS/ NO SHOWS

Have to reschedule or cancel your appointment? No problem! Please notify us in advance. Appointments must be canceled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If we cannot reach the client, or the client is not at the specified location &/or  cannot be serviced for any reason, or health conditions were not disclosed at the time of booking, we reserve the right to:
Abbreviate services.
Cancel the appointment after a 15 minute grace period.

ON-LOCATION POLICY/TRAVEL

We provide mobile services to accommodate individuals who are sick or disabled & confined to their places of residence in order to attend to their cosmetic needs. We visit hospitals, nursing homes, rest homes, retirement homes, mental institutions, & similar institutions to attend to the cosmetic needs of those in these institutions.

 APPOINTMENTS

It is mandatory that appointments be made in advance so that we are able to accommodate your specific scheduling requests. If you are late for your appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Please do not bring anyone with you that is not being serviced (with exception to children)

 CONSULTATION

There will be a brief consultation at the beginning of your appointment. Please bring a form of identification with your birth date, & be prepared to inform your technician of any important health concerns such as chronic conditions, infections, etcetera. If you come to the salon with a pre-existing infection, you will sign a waiver of responsibility, saying that the infection was present before your visit. All services are for appearance enhancement, while preserving the health of your nails. We do not treat nail disease or disorders, & kindly suggest that you visit a dermatologist if you are suffering from either one. Service enhancements must be rebalanced every 2-3 weeks or professionally removed. A full set of acrylics should be removed no more than 3 times per year.

PERSONAL ITEMS

We accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property, or for other matters which we have no control. 

SANITATION

We will not be able to accommodate using your own manicure/pedicure tools, as they may risk contamination of the service. Please do not shave 24 hours prior to your scheduled pedicure service.
